Some business leaders may lack effective human resources management skills, as evidenced by high employee turnover, and the increasing number of grievances, labor disputes and workplace lawsuits. Personnel issues have also become quite problematic in a litigious society, and no one enjoys surprise lawsuits. Workplace coaching, capacity building and strategic planning may be one of many tools needed to assist in meeting workplace challenges.
I have extensive experience working with businesses, nonprofit agencies (and funding sources) that are in high risk status and/or experiencing crisis. I have developed grantee improvement plans, bylaws, personnel policies and strategic plans. I have worked with Boards in facilitation of the Search Process for new Executive Directors/CEO's. If necessary, I can provide a TEAM of experts that will come in and assist your organization where it really matters, and work in partnership with your agency's leadership to design the best plan of action to implement appropriate changes. I have over 20 years experience working with numerous funding sources and technical assistance teams nationwide.
