FREQUENTLY ASKED (more like thought of but NOT asked) QUESTIONS
Will I be charged the moment I call Pam just to talk? NO! Many clients call just to say hello, or ask a question, share thoughts and ideas. There is no charge for those things. Even if we are discussing your upcoming agency workshop, my development time is included in my workshop fee.
Will Pam work for Free? Ah...come on...I'm already giving you a great price! Nonprofits -- like any other business -- will find the money -- when they need to do what is necessary. Good training is always necessary...
Can We audio and/or video tape Pam's Workshops? If you want to audio or video, please call and discuss the details with me. Coaching services are always recordable.
What happens if we have to cancel a workshop? Nothing. I have yet to charge when you had to cancel - for whatever reasons, but re-scheduling may require a deposit. Remember, you don't have a confirmed workshop until we have a signed Letter of Agreement.
What equipment do we need for Pam to conduct Workshops? I use power point, and will bring my laptop; I ask you to provide an Lcd projector. We will need a screen (instead of the blank wall), along with a small table in the front for set-up. We can discuss related items like extension cords, microphone, seating arrangements and other workshop details.
Will Pam bring handouts? I will send one set of handout materials at least 7-15 days prior to the workshop for copying at your expense.
