My work experience has revealed the need to provide one on one coaching and counseling services. Coaching refers to intentional, structured conversations that assist individuals in addressing day to day employment issues. It's what leaders and bosses do (or should be doing) regularly. As decision makers, you should be able to talk with someone who understands - not a board member or staff - but an experienced person who can listen and provide alternatives, direction and guidance. I offer tips for addressing day to day operations that you never dreamed would occur! Coaching services is also an excellent way of supporting NEW Executive Directors & Managers/Supervisors - as well as 'seasoned' leaders who want and need a "neutral" party. My coaching services are readily available to assist you in making progress effectively and efficiently. With just a little time on the phone (or in person) with me, you can make great progress by talking it through -- rather than trying to figure it out alone. Procrastination is NOT the answer!
Coaching Services are priced at an affordable hourly rate to assist you in working through your issue(s). If you don't use up all the time, its banked for you to use at a later date. Call me to discuss it -- you are NOTcharged until you have agreed to the service!
